Talisman Energy Inc. (Talisman) (TSX:TLM) (NYSE:TLM) today announced the completion of the sale of approximately 127,000 net acres of its Montney position in northeast British Columbia to Progress Energy Canada Ltd. for a total cash consideration of C$1.5 billion.

"We announced this transaction in November 2013, and its closure, coupled with other previously announced deals, means we have achieved over $2 billion in dispositions within 12 months," said Hal Kvisle, President and CEO. "During the next 18 months, we will continue to focus our portfolio and aim to divest a further $2 billion of long dated, capital intensive assets. We will use proceeds from dispositions to maintain a strong balance sheet."

RB Energy Inc. (the "Company" or "RBI" or RB Energy") (TSX: RBI) (U.S. OTC: RBEIF) is pleased to provide an update on operations at its 100% owned Quebec Lithium mine located near Val d'Or, Quebec.

The hydro-metallurgical circuit of the lithium plant has now been operating in commissioning mode for five weeks and is producing a very high quality battery grade lithium carbonate product (99.9% lithium carbonate). The first samples from this commissioning run are being sent to our off take partners this week for quality testing.

Production from this initial run will continue through to the end of the month, whereupon operations will be temporarily suspended to allow for normal commissioning checks. The plant is then scheduled to recommence operations in mid-April, ramping up to commercial production levels in Q3 2014 and then "name plate" levels (20,000 tonnes battery grade lithium carbonate per annum) by the end of 2014.

A new exhibition celebrating five centuries of Indian jewellery opens at The State Museums of Moscow Kremlin next month. Running from 12 April to 27 July 2014, the exhibits are on loan from more than 30 museums, institutions and private collections around the world, including the British Museum and the Victoria & Albert museum, as well as jewellery houses such as Cartier, Chaumet, Mauboussin and Van Cleef & Arpels.

Visitors are taken on a journey from the 17th century to the present day, via a tapestry of fairy tales and stories of royal rivalries and intrigue, all set against a backdrop of exquisite jewels.

Late 19th century spectacles, known as Astaneh-ye-ferdaws (Gate of Paradise), featuring Mughal gems, gold, silver, diamonds and emeralds.

The five gems most commonly used in Indian jewellery - diamonds, emeralds, rubies, sapphires, and pearls - are highlighted in a separate section, which also features the elaborate gem-set jewels created for the Nizams of Hyderabad.

(NYSE MKT: HTM, TSX: GTH) (the “Company”), a leading renewable energy company focused on the development, production and sale of electricity from geothermal energy, announced today that Oregon USG Holdings LLC has made its first distribution of profits from the Neal Hot Springs project.

Oregon USG Holdings is owned 60% by U.S. Geothermal and 40% by a subsidiary of Enbridge Inc. (NYSE: ENB, TSX: ENB). Under the terms of the U.S. Department of Energy loan agreement, profits are distributed to the equity partners semi-annually (February and August) following Final Completion, which was achieved on August 1, 2013. U.S. Geothermal’s share of this first distribution is $4.6 million, out of a total distribution to the partners of $7.7 million, which represents profits generated from the project since initial operation began in November 2012.
