Veresen Inc. ("Veresen" or the "Company") (TSX:VSN) announced today its 2014 fourth quarter and year-end results.
Financial highlights include:
Distributable cash(1) of $69 million or $0.26 per Common Share for the fourth quarter and $253 million or $1.12 per Common Share for the year. Adjusted net income attributable to Common Shares(1) of $9 million or $0.03 per Common Share for the fourth quarter and $31 million or $0.14 per Common Share for the year.
Net income attributable to Common Shares of $21 million or $0.08 per Common Share for the fourth quarter and $52 million or $0.24 per Common Share for the year.
Cash from operating activities of $71 million for the fourth quarter and $215 million for the year.
